I'm unable to add new emoticons to the palette. When I upgraded from 7.5.1 ST8 kept what I had but I'd like to add more. I Logoff ST8, copy new files to the \palette\smileys folder but they do not appear in the drop down. Right click/save image also doesn't work. The Preferences/Emoticon palette option has been removed from the choices

I think this has something to do with the .xml files in the folder. I tried to manually edit the file but that did not work either.

I would appreciate any advice
